Reporting System
Our company has always adhered to high ethical standards, with integrity as the highest principle of operation. Corruption and any form of fraudulent behavior are absolutely not allowed. When suspicious corrupt or fraudulent behavior by company employees is discovered, please bravely report it, and it will be handled with care by the relevant departments of the company.
Reporting Matters
Including but not limited to the following matters:
1. Infringement of trade secrets: For example, obtaining, using, or disclosing the company's trade secrets through improper means.
2. Accepting kickbacks or other improper benefits from vendors or customers.
3. The act of using one's position or identity to directly or indirectly gain benefits, in order to obtain improper benefits or other fraudulent situations.
4. Taking advantage of one's position to appropriate or steal the company's property, or to defraud others of their property.
Reporting Guidelines
1. The information provided by the whistleblower will be kept confidential by the company, except as required by law, and appropriate protective measures will be taken in accordance with the law. Whistleblowers need not worry about the leakage of personal or reporting information.
2. Whistleblowers must not deliberately fabricate facts; if it is proven that the report was made with intentional fabrication or false statements, they shall bear relevant legal responsibilities.
Reporting Essentials
1. Relationship with the company. (Supplier, Customer, Other)
2. The personnel of this company or third-party personnel involved in the report. (Name, unit, and if there are third-party personnel, provide name and company)
3. The approximate time, location, and all details or any relevant valuable information regarding the specific incident.
4. Name and contact information.
