5.5V, 7A Low RDSON Load Switch with Current Monitoring
The G5409N is a load switch with a built-in 10m MOSFET. It is designed to provide up to 7A current limit protection covering 0.5V to 5.5V input voltage range. With tiny package, G5409N provides very high efficiency and space-saving solution for solid state driver (SSD), notebook, and other portable devices.
