Performance Evaluation and Promotion

Every July, we conduct regular annual performance evaluations. All full-time employees below the level of general manager who have passed their probation assessment must participate in the annual performance evaluation process.
The assessment results will serve as an important basis for annual salary adjustments, promotions, and employee bonuses, while also providing reference indicators for employees' work improvement and future learning and development directions, aiming to integrate individual performance goals with the company's overall operational strategy goals.

The evaluation process consists of two stages: self-assessment by employees and evaluation by supervisors.
Employees first conduct a self-assessment, followed by an evaluation by their supervisor, who arranges a performance discussion with the employee to reach a consensus.
After the assessment tasks are completed by each department, the human resources unit will compile and evaluate the results, and report them to the higher-level supervisors for approval according to the assessment authority, ensuring that the performance evaluation process maintains objectivity and fairness.
In 2024, a total of 341 people were assessed in the performance evaluation, with a completion rate of 97.99%.

To effectively link employee performance with the overall operational strategy goals of the company, the performance goals of each department and individual work goals should be integrated with the company's strategic objectives.
If employees fail to achieve the set performance goals, department supervisors need to review and adjust the goal setting together with the employees.
When there is a significant difference between the employee's self-evaluation results and the supervisor's assessment, the department supervisor will actively seek to understand the reasons for the discrepancy in order to assist the employee in making effective improvements.
If the employee performance evaluation result is "poor", the supervisor will proactively include it in the performance improvement plan and fill out the relevant plan form; if the rating is "acceptable", the department supervisor will assess whether it needs to be included as an object for improvement guidance.
