Regulatory Compliance
Regulatory Compliance Management Policy
To enhance the legal awareness of all employees and understand various regulatory compliance issues, the company conducts periodic internal promotions of regulatory compliance.
The management team continuously monitors any domestic and international policies and regulations that affect the company's finances and operations, and has established the "Regulations Compliance Guidelines." The auditing unit also checks the compliance with regulations according to the standards and updates relevant internal regulations accordingly.
In 2024, the company did not receive any fines or other non-monetary penalties exceeding the established significant violation threshold (NT$100,000) for non-compliance with laws in the three major areas of economy, environment, and society, nor was it involved in any anticompetitive behavior or litigation related to antitrust and monopoly regulations.
In the future, the company will continue to improve compliance management policies and deepen the assessment of ESG sustainability issues.
First, in terms of internal management, the company will regularly review and update internal management and operational regulations to enhance internal control effectiveness and compliance mechanisms.
On the other hand, the company will continue to encourage management and employees to participate more in training courses related to compliance with regulations, such as the Personal Data Protection Act and the Trade Secrets Act. In addition, the company adopts multiple reporting channels such as phone, email, and written submissions to ensure that any suspected violations can be promptly handled, investigated, and improved, further reducing risks.
In response to sustainable development, the company will continue to review the effectiveness of sustainable development and optimize the corresponding management measures within the company.
