Ultra-Low On-Resistance Load Switch
The G2892 is a single N-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load-switching application. The device has a typical RDS(ON) of 14m and can support a maximum continuous current of 6A. The G2892 is controlled by an on/off input EN pin, which is suitable for interfacing directly with low-voltage I/O ports. The EN pin can also be configured via an external resistor divider to adjust under voltage lockout (UVLO) threshold.
