Three-phase motor driver
The M6543 is a three-phase brushless DC motor driver able to deliver up 2A continuously. It integrates three half-bridges, consisting of six N-channel Power MOSFETs. The M6543 has ENABLE and PWM inputs for each ½-H-bridge along with pre-drivers, gate drive power supplies, and current sense amplifiers. It uses an internal charge pump to generate the gate drive supply voltage for the high-side MOSFETs.
